Terra Madre e Salone del Gusto is Slow Food International's biennial conference, which brings together supporters of good, clean, and fair food for all, in Torino, Italy and the birthplace of the Slow Food Movement. This year, the conference will convene for the 16th time. (Word on the street is that there may be a Columbus contingency in the works for 2028...!) Past attendees — officially among the delegates selected to represent Slow Food USA — present at this year's Shake the Hand included:
Michelle Ajamian (2012)
Mark Anthony Arceño (2014)
