PLEASE NOTE: Seating is assigned for this year's dinner, given the specific configuration of our event venue. Do make sure to check in with a member of the Board if you are unsure of which table you have been assigned to.


This year, we gather in celebration of good, clean, and fair food for all, and under the thematic line of "Global Flavors. Local Chefs." As the evening progresses, we will update this page to include more precise information about this year's menu. In the meantime:


Appetizer Hour (and a half)

  1. Make sure that you take a tour of Mitchell Hall with Chef Tommy.

Terra Madre e Salone del Gusto is Slow Food International's biennial conference, which brings together supporters of good, clean, and fair food for all, in Torino, Italy and the birthplace of the Slow Food Movement. This year, the conference will convene for the 16th time. (Word on the street is that there may be a Columbus contingency in the works for 2028...!)
