Members in good standing* of Slow Food Columbus are encouraged to propose events to the Chapter Board, which will approve, reject, or request modifications of them based on their consistency with the convivium’s mission.  The Chapter Board’s deliberations may take time, and events generally require a minimum of two months’ lead time (ideally more) from application to event to allow the details to be worked out and the event to be well publicized, so plan ahead.  We need enough time to make your event as successful as possible!

An Event Template, with questions to be answered and examples of what answers might look like, is available below in four different formats.  We have included sample event details for you to use as a model; you should replace them with your own event’s details (note that the .pdf format is read-only, but the rest can be edited).
